Description:
The subject of the order is the purchase of devices and medical equipment for the Pathology Department of the Katowice Oncology Center, in accordance with Annex No. 2 to the SWZ - Price Offer. The Ordering Party allows the submission of partial offers in accordance with the following packages:
Package No. 1 Vacuum-pressure processor 1 pc.
Package No. 2 Embedding station with cooling plate 2 pcs.
Package No. 3 Cooling plate 2 pcs.
Package No. 4 Histopathological specimen scanner 1 pc.
Package No. 5 Formalin table with macroscopic system 1 pc.
Package No. 6 Water bath with heating plate 5 pcs.
Contractor may submit an offer for one or more packages.
The task will be implemented as part of the Project co-financed by the European Funds for Silesia Program 2021-2027, No. FESL.08.06-IZ.01-216/25, Priority VIII European Funds for infrastructure for residents, Measure.08.06 Health care infrastructure (project type II). The Ordering Party reserves the right to cancel the contract award procedure pursuant to Art. 257 of the Act of 11/09/2019 Public Procurement Law, if the public funds that the Ordering Party intended to use to finance all or part of the order will not be awarded.
The subject of the order is the purchase of medical devices and equipment for the Plant Pathomorphology of the Katowice Oncology Center, in accordance with Annex No. 2 to the SWZ - Price Offer. Package No. 1 Vacuum-pressure processor 1 pcs.
