Description:
1. The subject of the order is the delivery, assembly, configuration and commissioning of safety devices for deep wells at the Poudnie Water Intake and Wierzyca Water Intake, along with full integration with the SUW control and visualization system, in accordance with the technical requirements of the Ordering Party. 2. Scope of the order includes: 1) installation of devices securing deep wells, 2) integration of devices with the SUW Poudnie and SUW Wierzyca systems, 3) implementation of the necessary electrical, control and signal installations, 4) implementation of PLC configuration, 5) carrying out tests, tests and commissioning, 6) submission of full documentation design and as-built (diagrams, drawings, specifications, controller configurations). 3. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ. 4. The Ordering Party informs that Annex No. 3 to the SWZ contains confidential information. In connection with the above, pursuant to Art. 280 section 3 of the Act The Ordering Party will make the above-mentioned attachment available to those Contractors who directly submit an applicable request for access to confidential information in accordance with the template constituting Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ.
