1. The subject of the order is successive deliveries of light fuel oil, with a total estimated amount of 120 m3, to the following End Recipients: 1. Primary School. Wilhelm Gawlikowicz in Bojszowy ul. witego Jana 33 43-220 Bojszowy: up to 70 m32. Municipal Primary School with Integration Classes them. Fr. Jerzy Popieuszko in Wierczyc ul. Sierpowa 38 43-220 wierczyniec: up to 50 m32. The scope of services, individual quantities and their description can be found in the SWZ and in the annexes to the SWZ, i.e.: a detailed description of the subject of the order (SOPZ), the offer form template and in the draft provisions of the contract.3. As appropriate. to the content of the article 95 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party informs that: it does not impose any requirements regarding the employment of the Contractor or Subcontractor on the basis of the employment relationship of persons performing activities in the scope of the execution of the order consisting in the performance of work in the manner specified in Art. 22 1 of the Act of June 26, 1974, Labor Code. 4. The Ordering Party does not allow the possibility of submitting a partial offer or a variant offer.
