Description:
1. The subject of the order is a successive, non-cash purchase of diesel, meeting the PN-EN590 standard, for vehicles belonging to PGZK-Jasiel Sp. z o.o.
2. Zakup will be implemented at gas stations located in the city of Jasło, within a radius of 3.6 km from the transport base of the company, located at U. Towarowa 26b in Jasło.
3. Sales of diesel will be successively carried out, in accordance with the current needs of the Employer, by refueling directly to the reservoirs of the ordering party's vehicles.
4. Diesel oil can be implemented: using fuel cards, using daily expense document or other system enabling identification and settlement of the collected fuel, in accordance with the principles set out in the template of the contract constituting Annex 3 to SWZ.
