PKP Linia Hutnicza Szerokotorowa sp. z o.o. in Zamość asks you to send a price offer for the supply of products mentioned in the procedure. By joining the procedure, the bidder accepts the following conditions: 1. The unit price includes costs transport.2.The offer is valid for a minimum of 14 days from the end of the procedure.3.Required delivery to: PKP LHS sp. z o.o. Magazyn Wielobranżowy, 22-400 Zamość, Wysokie 3, in the quantities specified in the description of the subject of the proceedings. 4. Deliveries only in hours from 7.30 a.m. to 2.30 p.m. 5. Required payment deadline is 30 days from receipt of the invoice and goods. 6. An order template specifying detailed conditions is available in the attachments tab. 7. The Ordering Party reserves the right to make changes or cancel procedure.8.Submitting an offer constitutes acceptance of the conditions specified for this procedure.9.The Ordering Party requires bidders to submit a declaration according to the template in Annex No. 2, failure to submit the declaration may result in rejection offers. 10. The Ordering Party does not allow the possibility of offering goods whose sale could violate or circumvent the sanctions regulations introduced in connection with Russia's actions destabilizing the situation in Ukraine. When submitting an offer, the contractor is obliged to: indication of goods that come from Russia or are exported from Russia along with the CN code of these goods, if it plans to deliver such goods when executing the order.
