- Delivery of a PW-1/8 type tanker/wager for transporting drinking water with a capacity of 8,000 liters, single-axle, with 560/60 R22.5 tires. General requirements: 1) The delivered equipment must be brand new, complete, free from defects, unused, manufactured no earlier than in the year of delivery. 2) The tank must meet the requirements applicable provisions of Polish and European Union law, including standards regarding the transport and storage of water intended for human consumption.3) The contractor is obliged to provide, together with the subject of the order: approval certificate, EC declaration of conformity, PZH certificate for materials in contact with with drinking water and operating instructions in Polish.4) The contractor will ensure transport, unloading, commissioning and handing over the equipment for use in the place indicated by the Ordering Party.5) The contractor will provide a warranty for the delivered equipment for a minimum period of 12 months.
