Description:
The subject of the order is the purchase of a dump truck as part of the implementation of own tasks in the field of Civil Protection and Civil Defense in the Kornowac Commune. The scope of the order includes: Purchase of a delivery truck tipper up to 3.5t with three-way tipping. General requirements: 1) brand new, undamaged, functional technically having valid technical examinations for min. 3 years;2) 3 seats with driver;3) model currently produced by the manufacturer; 4) year of production: manufactured no earlier than 2025; 5) approved in accordance with the Act of June 20, 1997, Traffic Law road (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1251, as amended);6) meeting the technical requirements specified by the regulations in force in Poland for vehicles traveling on public roads, including the technical conditions resulting from the above-mentioned the Road Traffic Law and implementing regulations to this Act;7) meeting the requirements of the European Exhaust Emission Standards in terms of emissions of pollutants, nitrogen oxides, particulate matter and hydrocarbons: the standard of permissible exhaust emissions for the minimum Euro 6 standard.
