Description:
1. The subject of the order is the purchase of an EDSCB RTG device and a safety scanner divided into two tasks:
1.1 Task No. 1 Purchase of the RTG device EDSCB - delivery, assembly, installation and launching of the EDSCB RTG device of the C3 ECAC standard and having a TSA certificate, used do cabin luggage control with an automatic luggage transport line and containers' return. The offered device must have the "EU seal" sign. A detailed description of the subject of the contract for task No. 1 is Annex 2.1. to SWZ.
1.2 Task No. 2 Purchase of a safety scanner - delivery, Installation, installation and launch of a body scanning device (SSC) along with the necessary infrastructure used to control safety at the "B" terminal. A detailed description of the subject of the contract for task 2 is Annex 2.2. to SWZ.
2 submitted in the proceedings, provides for the application of the rejection of the offers referred to in art. 393 para. 1 point 4 of the Public Procurement Law, according to which the contracting authority may, in the case of delivery for delivery, reject the offer,
