Description:
1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a brand new single-section electric bus, low-floor, intended for public transport and conducting the necessary training of the Ordering Party's employees (min. 1).
2. Detailed description of the subject of the order is included in section 5 chapters III SWZ.
3. The bus delivered by the Contractor must meet all the requirements specified by European and Polish laws and standards:
1) The bus must meet all the requirements specified in Section III of the Act of June 20, 1997. - Road Traffic Law (consolidated text OJ of 2018, item 1990) and meet the technical conditions specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of December 31, 2002. on the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment (Journal of Laws of 2016, item 2022, as amended);
2) The bus must meet the requirements set out in Directive 2007/46/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 5 September 2007 establishing a framework for the approval of motor vehicles and their trailers, and of systems, components and separate technical units intended for those vehicles ("Framework Directive") - OJ EU L. 2007.263.1 of 2007/10/09; as of late Changes
3) The bus must meet the requirements set out in Regulation (EC) No. 661/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 13 July 2009 on technical requirements for the type-approval of motor vehicles relating to their safety general...
