- 1. The subject of the order is the purchase of 2 brand new KOMBIVAN 5-seater electric cars. 2. The Ordering Party requests the delivery of 2 pieces of brand new cars from the same manufacturer, the same model and equipment version, manufactured not earlier than 2025, model currently produced by the manufacturer. 3. The Ordering Party allows the following car body versions to be offered: Kombivan, 5-seater, with glass or sheet metal luggage space. 4. The Ordering Party does not allow it offer delivery of cars with various bodies under this order. The Ordering Party requires the delivery of cars with the same body type as part of the execution of this order. 5. The Ordering Party allows the collection of vehicles from the contractor's headquarters or a subcontractor / dealer of a car brand, in Kielce or the surrounding area (up to a maximum of 30 km from the Ordering Party's headquarters). 6. The cars will be delivered no later than 5 months from the date of conclusion of the Agreement.
