Description:
The subject of the fall is the purchase and delivery of a factory new electric passenger and remedy car for the needs of the project entitled to: a bitch operation of biological behavior through the building of the animal rehabilitation along with the extension of the 1st Natural Education Center in Kielce andcreation of a natural and educational watercourse co-financed from the European Union RODKW based on Decision No. FESW 02.09-IZ.00-0001/24-00 on co-financing the project of the Witokrzyskie Voivodship Project co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund under the European Funds Program for the European Funds ProgramWitokrzyskie 2021-2027.2. The order will be implemented on the basis of a detailed description of the subject of the skew (OPZ) - ZEKAK No. 7 to SWZ and the contract template - Outpatient No. 6 to SWZ.3. The car must spend the technical requirements specified by the regulations in Poland for vehicles moving afterpublic roads, including technical conditions resulting from the Act of 20 June 1997 Road Traffic Law (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1047, as amended) and executive ordinances to this Act, in this Act, has approval, issued in accordance with the abovementionedset. 4 ....
