- Description:
- 1) The subject of the contract is the delivery of 10 passenger cars - minimum C (hatchback, liftback, crossover) segment with electric drive.
2) detailed determination of the subject of the contract is in part II SWZ and Part IV SWZ.
3) in accordance with art. 101 para. 4 of the Act, the Ordering Party allows solutionsequivalent to described in SWZ by means of norms, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in art. 101 para. 1 point 2 and para. 3 of the Act, if they allow you to obtain features or parameters not worse than cited.
In accordance with art. 5 of the Act, contractor,which refers to equivalent solutions described by the contracting authority, is obliged to prove in the offer that the proposed solutions to an equivalent extent meet the requirements set out in the description of the subject of the contract.
4) The contracting authority requests that the Contractor indicate by the Contractor, in the offer, part of the contract, part of the contract,whose performance intends to entrust to subcontractors and providing subcontractors by the contractor, if they are already known.
