Purchase of electricity for 2026 for: Piotrkow poviat, the city of Piotrkow Trybunalski and communes of the Piotrkow poviat: Aleksandrow, Czarnocin, Gorzkowice, Grabica, Łęki Szlacheckie, MOS ...
1. The subject of the contract is: the purchase of electricity for: Piotrkow poviat and its organizational units, the city of Piotrkow Trybunalski and its organizational units, communes of the poviat: Aleksandrow, Czarnocin, Gorzkowice, Grabica, Łęki Szlacheckie, Moszczenica, Ręczno, Rozprza, Sulejow, Wola Krzysztoporska, Wolborz and all organizational units included in above municipalities on the basis of a joint tender agreement. In total, up to 1955 energy consumption points on equal price conditions for 1 MWh for all tariffs.
2. The detachment description of the subject of the contract is described in Annex 12 to SWZ - a detailed description of the subject of the contract.
3. He does not reserve the obligation to perform key tasks by the Contractor in person.
4. The number does not provide for an electronic auction.
5. The applicant does not conduct proceedings to conclude a framework agreement.
6. The provisions regarding the ordered deliveries shall apply to the proceedings.
7. The appointment does not allow submission of partial offers.
The contracting authority does not allow submission of partial offers due to the specificity of the subject of the contract and the fact that the implementation of its individual parts by various contractors would not be rational or optimal from the point of view of the interest of the contracting authority, because could cause excessive costs of performing the contract.
