Description:
The subject of the order is the purchase of electricity in 2026 for the needs of facilities located in the Rudy Raciborskie Forest District. The subject of the order has established quality parameters, which are specified in the Act of April 10, 1997 - Energy Law. Detailed description of the subject of the order. contain: a) Annex No. 1 to the SWZ (SOPZ) b) significant provisions of the contract (Annex No. 2 to the SWZ) c) list of energy consumption points (Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ). In the event of improper performance of the subject of the order by the Contractor, the Ordering Party is entitled to charge contractual penalties specified in the relevant provisions of the contract constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. The contractor may entrust the implementation of part of the subject of the order to subcontractors. If the Contractor intends to perform the subject of the order with the participation of subcontractors, the Contractor is obliged to indicate in his offer: part of the order (material scope), the execution of which he intends to entrust to subcontractors and the Contractor's details of the subcontractors' companies (if already known).
