4.1 The subject of the order is the supply of electricity for the lighting of public spaces and public utility facilities of the City of Łodź and for the following entities - participants of the Łodź Purchasing Group 2026.
4.2 Detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ and in the template contract for the supply of electricity - Annex No. 6 to the SWZ and in the template agreement - lump sum contract Annex No. 6a to the SWZ
19.1 After selecting the offer, each of the entities listed in point 1 of the SWZ, acting on the Ordering Party's side, will enter into an agreement with the Contractor a separate agreement - a total of 62 agreements will be concluded
40.FINAL INFORMATION
40.1 The Ordering Party does not provide for:
40.1.1. conclusion of a framework agreement;
40.1.2. submitting variant and partial offers;
40.1.3. settlements in foreign currencies;
40.1.4.electronic auction;
40.1.5.reimbursement of the costs of participation in the proceedings;
40.1.6.possibility awarding a contract involving the repetition of similar services pursuant to Art. 214 section 1 point 8 of the Public Procurement Law
40.1.7. the requirement or possibility of submitting offers in the form of electronic catalogs or attaching electronic catalogs to the offer;
40.1.8. The Contractor undertakes an on-site visit or the Contractor checks the documents necessary to complete the order, available on-site at the Ordering Party.
