- 1. The subject of this contract is the purchase of electricity for the facilities indicated in Annex 1 to SWZ, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997 Energy Law, Civil Code and executive provisions issued on their basis.
Wolsztyn commune and listed units In Annex No. 1, separate contracts are concluded to SWZ resulting from this public procurement procedure under an open tender for the purchase of electricity. Detailed information on the conclusion of contracts by the commune and its organizational units were included in Annex 1 to Swz. It will be the obligation of the selected contractor to represent the contracting authority and his organizational units before the relevant distribution system operator in matters related to the notification of the seller's change.
