- The subject of the contract is the purchase of electricity for the Institute of Construction Technology in the stock market in accordance with applicable regulations, in particular the provisions of the Minister of the Minister of the Climate and the Environment of March 22, 2023. electricity (Journal of Laws of 2023 item 819) to the Energy Employer's collection points will be consumed for the needs of the Employer, which is not an energy company within the meaning of the Act of 17 April 1997 Energy Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 266, as amended) in period from 01.01.2026 to 31.12.2027 in an estimated amount of about 5 GWh.
Values of 3000 MWh for each year, subject to the possibility of increasing this value by no more than 15% each year in the event of an incident circumstances, which could not be predicted, in particular the increase in the demand of the contracting authority.
