- 1) Subject of the order The procedure is conducted under the name: Purchase of electricity The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of electricity with a total volume of 230,000 kWh, including: C23: 200,000 kWh C12A: 30,000 kWh Electricity will be supplied for the needs of PPE - a detailed list of quantities energy, electricity consumption points - premises and facilities constitute Appendix No. to the SWZ. A detailed description of the subject of the order also includes: essential provisions of the contract to the SWZ. The Ordering Party provides for the possibility of increasing the above-mentioned provisions. basic amount of kWh up to 30% (69,000 kWh) purchase possible under option law (declaration on exercising the option right).
