Description:
4.1. The order involves the purchase of electricity for the Commune and City of Rudnik nad Sanem and its subordinate organizational units from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026.4.2. The amount of electricity expected to be collected during the term of the contract is 950.089 MWh.4.3. Distribution System Operator is PGE Dystrybucja Oddzia Rzeszw.4.4. The supply of electricity will take place under the conditions specified in the Energy Law Act of April 10, 1997 and generally applicable legal provisions.4.5. The Contractor is obliged to issue invoices to the Ordering Party for energy consumption within: 4.5.1. up to 5 business days from the availability of measurement data for a given billing period by the DSO, or 4.5.2. up to 15 business days after the end of the settlement period if the DSO or the Buyer fails to provide the Seller with complete or correct measurement data.4.6. The Contractor will transfer it to the Ordering Party e-mail notification about the issuance of an electronic invoice to the following e-mail address: info@rudnik.pl, 4.7.
