1.The subject of the order is:
1,232.7 MWh (+/- 10%) during the delivery period, i.e. from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026 - the amount of energy delivered to the network will be settled quantitatively in the ratios specified in the RES Act in Art. installed electricity. energy downloaded from the network and introduced to the network.
volume of 1,852.2 MWh (+/- 10%) during the delivery period, i.e. from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026 - the amount of energy delivered to the network will be settled in value based on the amounts of total balanced energy (defined in accordance with Article 4, sections 2a-2d of the RES Act), in terms of the difference between the value of electricity introduced into the electricity distribution network, determined in the manner specified in Art. and the value of electricity taken from this network, determined in the manner specified in Art. costs of distribution fees in terms of the difference in the amount of energy taken from the network and introduced into the network.
