Description:
The subject of the order is the purchase of electricity for facilities administered by the Housing Management Board in Legnica in the period from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of April 10, 1997, Energy Law (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 266,834,859, as amended) and implementing acts issued on its basis, in particular with the customer service quality standards specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of November 29, 2022. on the method of shaping and calculating tariffs and the method of settlement in electricity trade (Journal of Laws of 2022, pos. 2505). The Ordering Party determines the estimated, forecast amount of electricity consumption for 258 energy consumption points (PPE) covered by the proceedings in the total amount of 517,067 kWh divided into zones for the points: 1) Tariff group C11, connection no. 1 includes 8 points, 24-hour expected energy consumption: 131,743 kWh, 2) Tariff group G11, connection no. 2 - includes 219 points, 24/7, expected energy consumption 102,957 kWh, 3) Tariff group C12a, connection no. 3, includes 22 points - peak, expected energy consumption 49,276 KWh - off-peak predict...
