Description:
1. The subject of the order is the purchase by the Ordering Party of electricity in an estimated total amount of 428.995 MWh (+20%/-30%) for 6 consumption points. A detailed description of the subject of the order, including, among others: list of consumption points along with tariff groups, contracted capacities and planned amounts of energy consumption electricity contains Annex No. 1 to SWZ.2. Under the contract concluded in these proceedings, the Ordering Party expects to handle future energy produced from renewable sources, including balancing services. Currently, the Ordering Party is carrying out investments in the field of delivery and installation of photovoltaic installations for PPE no. 590310600001613027, which have not yet been connected to the power grid. After their launch, the Ordering Party will take steps to provide all data necessary to start accounting for the energy produced in the entire balance of consumed electricity. Planned deadline for connecting the installation to the grid: early 2026. Planned installation capacity: 245.7 kWp.
