Description:
The subject of the contract is the purchase of electricity for the Cracow University of Technology in the stock market in accordance with applicable regulations.
Energy will be used for the needs of the Employer, which is not an energy company within the meaning of the Act of 17 April 1997 Energy Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 266, as amended)
The contracting authority has the right to purchase 100% of the volume of electricity consumed during the implementation period contracts based on the listing of timely contracts published on the website of the Giełdy Energie S.A. (TGE) i.e. an annual band contract (Base_) or a quarterly band contract (Base_Q) (appropriate for a given sales period).
The contracting authority will grant the Contractor or directly to persons appearing on the part of the Contractor of the relevant power of attorney to perform all activities necessary for the proper implementation of the Sales Agreement concluded as a result of this contract for awarding.
The estimated (declared) demand for electricity during the contract is 14,000 MWh.
The size of the volume of electricity indicated above is an estimated value based on current consumption and cannot be The basis for any claims on the contractor's side.
