- The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity with a total estimated volume 11,998 386 MWh (+ 15 - the indicated positive tolerance regarding the volume of electricity being the subject of the contract, should be understood as the right of options within the meaning of the provision of Article 441 of the Public Procurement Law) in the period from the dateJanuary 1, 2026 until December 31, 2027 and performing the function of the entity responsible for commercial balancing (PB) for all PPE of the Ordering Party, including in two PPE towards download and production.
Electricity will be delivered for the needs of the customer's facilities.
The Contractor will be obliged to conclude with the Employer in addition to the electricity sales contract in the period from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2027, also the contract for the sale of electricity generated in a renewable source of renewable energy energy (in the direction of manufacture in two points),On the basis of which the Contractor will buy from the Ordering Party (Seller) a surplus of electricity produced in renewable energy and not used for the needs of the Employer's own needs. Relevant contracts should be signed before submitting a change of PPE seller of the Ordering Party on the information exchange platformEnergy market participants.
