Description:
The subject of the contract is the purchase of electricity for the needs of the facilities of Małopolska Agencja Rozwoju Regionalnego S.A. in two locations: i.e. at the headquarters of MARR S.A. at ul. Kordylewskiego 11 in Krakow and within the Business Park real estate at ul. Nad Drwiną 10 in Krakow. Orderdoes not include the provision of electricity distribution services. Forecasted six-month energy consumption at the Business Park property at ul. Nad Drwiną 10 in Krakow is estimated at 5,500 MWh, and on the property at ul. Kordylewskiego 11 in Krakow is estimated at level 130 MWh and are indicative only. The amount of electricity forecasted by the Ordering Party was determined on the basis of the readings of the measurement and billing systems. Settlements for the supplied electricity will be made at a fixed and non-variable price per 1 MWh on the basis of factual electricity consumption based on readings from metering and billing systems.
