The subject of the order is the supply of electricity within the meaning of the Energy Law of April 10, 1997 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2024, item 266, as amended) for the facilities of the University of Economics in Katowice located in Katowice and in the Branch in Rybnik for 2026, hereinafter referred to as sale electricity. of the Ordering Party covered by the contract is attached as Annex No. 4 to the SWZ.
