Description:
1. The subject of the order is the provision of electricity by the Contractor to the Ordering Party for the needs of street lighting, buildings and facilities managed by the Głogow Młp. Commune and the EkoGłog company. This order does not cover electricity distribution services.
2.Delivery electricity will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Energy Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 266, as amended) to the facilities listed in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ.
3. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the document constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ.
4.Requirements qualitative relating to the main elements of the subject of the contract in accordance with Art. 246(2) of the Act of 10 April 1997 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 266, as amended) - Energy Law
5. The estimated electricity demand in the period: March 1, 2026 - February 29, 2028 is 8,131,724 kWh.
6. The Ordering Party obliges the Contractor to perform the resulting activities
from the power of attorney constituting Annex No. 2 to the draft agreement, in particular to:
1) notification for the implementation of the electricity sales contract concluded with the Contractor to the indicated Distribution System Operator, submitting declarations of will and determining, on behalf of the Ordering Party, all necessary information regarding the termination of the existing electricity sales agreement and the provision of distribution services (comprehensive agreement)
