- 1. The subject of the order is: a) Purchase of electricity for the Independent Public Multi-Specialized Health Care Facility in Stargard. The estimated amount of energy ordered during the term of the contract is 1,200,000 kWh. List of collection points energy is included in Annex No. 7 to the SWZ.b) The subject of the order also includes the purchase of energy for any newly created consumption points during the contract implementation period under the terms of the conducted procedure.c) Commercial balancing for the sold energy electricity on the Contractor's side. d) Notifying the Distribution System Operator (DSO) of electricity sales contracts, including carrying out a possible procedure for changing the supplier.
