Description:
The subject of these proceedings is the supply of electricity to the facilities (energy consumption points, hereinafter also PPE) listed in Annex 1A, 1B to the SWZ - description of the subject of the contract, broken down into parts of the contract:
4.1.1. Part I of the contract: supply of electricity for 2023, purchase according to TGE (variable price), in the amount of 442,555 kWh, to PPE specified in Annex 1A to SWZ,
4.1.2.II part of the order: supply of electricity for 2024, purchase at fixed prices, in the amount of 911,455 kWh, to PPE specified in Annex 1B to SWZ,
4.2. Electricity demandgiven in par. 4.1. points 4.1.1-4.1.2 of the SWZ is the basic order. During the execution of the contract, the contracting authority reserves the right to reduce or increase the value of the contract in the range of up to /- 15% of the basic amount of electricity for the purchase of energy. Increasing the value forspeaking will be on the basis of the option law. Detailed information is contained in the draft contract.
