Description:
1. The subject of this order is the purchase of electricity for the facilities indicated in Annex No. 1a and 1b to SWZ, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997. Energy Law, Civil Code and executive provisions issued on their basis.
Separate contracts will be concludedresulting from this procedure for the award of the public procurement in an open tender for the purchase of electricity for the needs of the District Przedsiębiorstwo Wodociągow i Kanalizacji in Brzesko Sp. Z o.o. It will be the obligation to represent the ordering party before the selected contractor beforeThe appropriate operator of the distribution system in matters related to the notification of a change of the seller. To perform the above The contractor will receive an appropriate power of attorney (Annex No. 4.1 to SWZ)
2.1 part and order - purchase of electricity to the facilities listed in Annex 1a toSWZ:
1) Estimated electricity demand in the period from 01/01/2026 to 31/12/2026 is 2 695 961.00 kWh.
2) The estimated value of the order in the period from 01/01/2026 to 31/12/2026 is
1 617 576.60 PLN.to the planned provisions of the contract (Annex No. 4.1 to SWZ), in particular the contracting authority obliges the Contractor to notify the indicated distribution system operator for the implementation of the electricity sales contract concluded with the contractor, submitting declarations of will and determining on behalf ofZamaw.
