Description:
1. The subject of this pollination is the purchase of electricity for the needs of the Dobiegniew commune and organizational units of the Dobiegniew commune listed in chapter I point 3 of this SWZ, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997 Energy Law (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 266, d.) together with executive regulations. 2. 126 PPE is 815 561 kWh, including: a) for the needs of street fortification 489 732 kWh for 72 PPE (daily/all zone: 186 948 kWh, night zone: 302 784 kWh) b) Other objects 325 829 kWh for 54 PPE (day/all zone: 237 455 kWh, night zone: 88 374 kWh). Material scope of the subject of the obedience lined with this postponement, specifies a detailed description of the subject of theold (attached No. 1 to SWZ) and the planned provisions of the contract ( 7 to SWZ) together with the intercourse No. 1 (List of object -oriented facilities listed contracts) constituting the integral of this SWZ. purchased ...
