Description:
1. The subject of this order is the purchase of electricity for the facilities indicated in Annex 5 to the SWZ, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of April 10, 1997. Energy Law, Civil Code and implementing regulations issued on their basis. Electricity should meet technical parameters in accordance with the provisions of the Energy Law Act (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 266, as amended) and the implementing regulations to this Act and Polish Standards. Detailed information is included in Annex No. 5, which is an annex to this ToR and the proposed provisions of the contract.2. The order includes purchase of electricity for the facilities listed in Annex No. 5 to the SWZ, the estimated demand for electricity in the period from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2027. is 610,694.00 kWh. The estimated energy consumption is indicative only and is used to compare offers and does not constitute the website the Ordering Party's obligation to purchase energy in the specified amount. The Contractor will not be entitled to any claim for the Ordering Party's failure to collect the estimated amount of energy, provided that the minimum energy consumption during the term of the contract wine...
