The subject of the order is the purchase and supply of electricity within the meaning of the Act of April 10, 1997, Energy Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 266, as amended), for the needs of facilities located in the Jabłonna commune and for the facilities of the Municipal Municipal Enterprise Eko Jabłonna Sp. z o. o. The estimated amount of energy during the contract implementation period is 5,003,270.2 kWh.
