Description:
The subject of the order is the purchase of electricity for the needs of facilities of organizational units of the West Pomeranian Voivodeship in accordance with the provisions of the Act of April 10, 1997 Energy Law (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1385, as amended) and the regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environmentof March 22, 2023 on detailed conditions for the operation of the power system (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 819, as amended), Act of May 20, 2016 on energy efficiency (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 2166, as amended). .), the Act of December 6, 2008 on excise duty (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1542, ase d.). The total estimated electricity consumption [MWh] in the period from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025 will be approximately 28,000 MWh. The scope of the subject of the order will be specified in detail in the description of the subject of the order, the contract and Annex No. 1 to the contract (list of the contracting authority's facilitiescovered by the subject of the order) constituting an integral part of the specification of essential terms of the order.
