Description:
1) The subject of the order is the supply of electricity for the needs of the Gilowice Commune in the planned amount of approximately: 342,690 KWh, including: 1. O12 I zone - 71,352 KWh2. O12 zone II - 92,928 KWh3. C12 b zone I - 3,015 KWh4. C12 b zone II - 3,343 KWh5. C11 I zone - 130,825 KWh6. C21 - 41,227 KWh in the period from a correctly carried out change of supplier (but not earlier than January 1, 2026) to December 31, 2026, for the collection points specified in Annex No. 4 to the ToR. 2) Given amounts of KWh according to the tariffs specified in Annex No. 1 (offer form) to the ToR are estimated quantities. Definition expected energy consumption is used to select the most advantageous offer and does not constitute an obligation on the part of the Ordering Party to purchase electricity in the given amounts. The Ordering Party reserves the right to change the quantity, without the need to change the terms of the contract or prepare an annex to the contract. Actual energy consumption (smaller or greater than the forecast energy consumption indicated in Annex 1 to the ToR), will depend solely on the actual needs of the Ordering Party, however, regardless of the amount of consumption, the Contractor is obliged in each case to apply zaof...
