- The subject of this order is the purchase of electricity for the facilities indicated in Annex 1 to SWZ, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997. Energy Law, Civil Code and executive provisions issued on their basis.
Mogielnica commune and the units replaced In Annex 1 to SWZ, they will conclude one contract resulting from this public procurement procedure in an open tender for the purchase of electricity for the needs of the Mogielnica commune and its organizational units. Detailed information on the conclusion of the contract by the commune i Her organizational units were included in Annex 1 to SWZ. It will be the obligation of the selected contractor to represent the contracting authority and his organizational units before the relevant distribution system operator in matters related to the notification of the seller's change. To perform the above listed Actions the Contractor will receive an appropriate power of attorney (Annex No. 4.1 to SWZ)
