Krtk Description of the subject of the order: 1. The subject of the order is the purchase of electricity for the needs of Municipal and Road Obtrowanie in the Municipality of Nowa SL., 2. A particular description of the order provides an appointment 2 to SWZ., 3. The subject of the order will be implemented in accordance with the provisions of the EC Formula Agreement (Approval No. 5 to SWZ), in particular:, 1) the deadline for the implementation of the order: from 01.01.2022. Until 31.12.2022, 2) the application for the purchased goods will be made at a maximum period of 30 (subsequent: thirty) days from the date of receipt by the Ordering Party, in terms of the invoice, under formal and substantive. The dates of the ordering bank account are recognized.
