Description:
1. The subject of this contract is the purchase of electricity for the facilities indicated in Annex 1 to SWZ, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997 Energy Law, Civil Code and executive provisions issued on their basis.
Separate agreements will be concluded From this procedure for the award of a public procurement in an open tender for the purchase of electricity for the needs of the Ośno Lubuskie commune and its organizational units. Detailed information on the conclusion of contracts by individual organizational units has been included In Annex 1 to SWZ. It will be the obligation of the selected contractor to represent the contracting authority and his organizational units in front of the relevant distribution system operator in matters related to the seller's change. To perform the above The contractor will receive the appropriate actions Power of attorney (Annex No. 4.1 to SWZ)
2. The landlord, acts on his own behalf and on the basis of a signed agreement (agreement for inspection at the headquarters of the Ordering Party), on behalf of:
• Social Welfare Center in Oświe Lubuskie
• The Environmental Self -Help House in Oścuskie Lubuskie
• local government kindergarten Public in Oświe Lubuskie
• Primary school in Ośnie Lubuskie
• Primary school in Smogory
• Zakład Gospodarki Komunalnej in Oścuskie Lubuskie
• The Municipal Culture Center in Oświe Lubuskie
