Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the purchase of electricity active for the purposes of operation of real estate used by units without legal personality and real estate in the direct management of the Employer, in accordance with applicable regulations, qualitative standards specified in the Act of 10 April 1997 Energy Law (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2024, item 266, as amended), hereinafter referred to as "Energy Law" and executive acts issued on its basis.
