- The subject of the order for this procedure is the supply for the Polish Radio - Regionalna RozgoΕ in Kielce Radio Kielce S.A. in liquidation (hereinafter Radio Kielce S.A. in liquidation) electricity and purchase of energy produced at the facility of Radio Kielce S.A. in liquidation. Subject of the order includes: 1) Daily, 24-hour supply of electricity to the Ordering Party's facility during the term of the contract in an estimated amount of approximately 702 kWh, including: - morning peak - approximately 150 kWh; - afternoon peak - approximately 90 kWh; - remaining hours of the day approximately 462 kWh.2) Sales by the Ordering Party on to the Contractor, energy generated in the Renewable Energy Source (hereinafter: RES) of the Ordering Party, not used for its own needs, introduced into the network of the Distribution System Operator (hereinafter: DSO). The expected amount of energy generated in 2025 from renewable energy sources is approximately 60 MWh and introduced into the DSO network is approximately 8 MWh. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Appendix No. 1 Description of the subject of the order to the SWZ and in Appendix No. 4 Important provisions to the contract, constituting an integral part of this SWZ.
