Description:
The subject of the order is the supply of electricity in accordance with applicable regulations, quality standards of the European Parliament Act and implementing provisions, in particular the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of March 22, 2023 (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 819) on special operating conditions power system for the entity's consumption points participating in the Procedure. The list of which is included in Annex No. 1.a, 1.b, 1.c to the SWZ.
The subject of the order was divided into 3 parts:
- Part 1 of the Order - purchase of electricity for the entities indicated in the attachment 1.a to the Agreement - Part 1 (tariff Cxx - street lighting),
- Part 2 of the Order - purchase of electricity for the entities indicated in Annex 1.b to the Agreement - Part 2 (tariff Cxx and Gxx),
- Part 3 of the Order - purchase of electricity for the entities indicated in Annex 1.c to the Agreement - Part 3 (Bxx tariff).
The forecast electricity demand in the period from April 1, 2026 to March 31, 2028 is:
- for part 1 of the subject of the order - Annex No. 1.a - 22,797,086 kWh,
- for part 2 of the subject of the order - Annex No. 1.b - 14,561,764.88 kWh,
- for part 3 of the subject of the order - Annex No. 1.c 3,174,320.26 kWh.
