Short description of the subject of the order: the subject of the order is: purchase of electricity for the needs of Urbis Sp. Z o.o. with headquarters in Gniezno. " 2. The forecasted electricity consumption is indicative and may differ from actually collected during the contract period, amounts of energy. Reducing or increasing the amount of electricity does not attract any consequences for the Employer, except for the need to pay for the actually downloaded amount of energy. The Contractor performing calculation for the purposes of submitting the offer should take into account the possible fluctuation of electricity consumption. At the same time, the Ordering Party guarantees the purchase of energy in an amount of not less than 80% of the maximum value of the net agreement
