Description:
1. The subject of this order is the purchase of electricity for the facilities indicated in a. No. 1 to SWZ, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of April 10, 1997. Energy Law, Civil Code and implementing regulations issued thereon basis. The Wisznia Maa commune and the units listed in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ will conclude separate agreements resulting from this public procurement procedure in the basic mode without negotiations. PURCHASE OF ELECTRICITY FOR THE NEEDS OF WISZNIA MAA AND ITS ORGANIZATIONAL UNITS. Detailed information regarding the conclusion of contracts by the Wisznia Maa Commune and its organizational units is included in the za. No. 1 to SWZ. The selected Contractor's duty will be to represent the Ordering Party and its organizational units before the relevant Distribution System Operator in matters related to reporting a change of supplier. To perform the above-mentioned the above-mentioned activities, the Contractor will receive an appropriate power of attorney (ref. No. 4.1 to the SWZ)2.
