Description:
1. The subject of the order is: purchase of electricity for the operation of buildings and utility facilities of the Police School in Piła in an estimated amount of 1,061,164 kWh.
General Distribution Agreement with the local Distribution System Operator (hereinafter referred to as DSO), on the basis of which electricity can be sold through the distribution network of this DSO to all facilities of the Ordering Party.
The current electricity seller is ELEKTRA ARE. based in Warsaw.
z o. o. based in Poznań, under an agreement concluded for an indefinite period.
5. The Ordering Party informs that it does not have a license for the production, trade, transmission or distribution of electricity, issued by the President of the Energy Regulatory Office.
6. The supply of electricity that is the subject of these proceedings does not include the provision of energy distribution services.
7. The supply of electricity will take place under the conditions specified in the Act of April 10, 1997, Energy Law (Journal of Laws of 2024 r. item 266, as amended), implementing provisions to this Act, and in particular the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of March 22, 2023 on detailed conditions for the operation of the electricity system (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 919), Electricity Tariff sell...
