KRDKS Description of the subject of the order: 1. The subject of the order is a comprehensive supply of electricity consisting of the sale of electricity for the needs of buildings and facilities of the Opole Society of SPOECKING SP. from o.o. Z / S in Opole., 2. The Contractor will provide electrical energy to meet technical standards in accordance with the provisions of the Energy Law and Executive Regulations to this law and Polish standards. , 3. The estimated demand for electricity supply complexes during the decommissioning period is: 282,06 MWh. , 4. The above-forecasted electricity consumption is indicative and may deviate from the actually collected, during the contract period, amounts of energy. The reduction in the amount of energy collected does not punch for the Ordering Party (recipient) of any consequences, beyond the need to make a magnification for actually energies according to the rates specified in the concluded contract. , 5. The Contractor of the Vignine takes into account the fluctuation of electricity consumption at the level of 15% for the CEGO volume. From this title, the Contractor can not claim any additional disciple to the ordering party .....
