Description:
The subject of the order is the supply of electricity in the period from 01.01.2026 to 31.12.2026. Pursuant to the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997, Energy Law for facilities (PPE energy consumption points) listed in Annex 1 to SWZ - description of the subject of the contract and purchase and resale together with the electricity trade service produced in renewable energy installations members of the Energy Cluster in Gliwice listed below during the period of the contract for the following contracting authorities (appearing on behalf of themselves):
