The subject of the order is the supply of electricity in the period from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026 in accordance with the provisions of the Act of April 10, 1997, Energy Law for Facilities (energy consumption points, hereinafter referred to as PPE) listed in the annex to the SWZ - description of the subject of the order along with the POB service for the purchase of electricity generated in RES installations of the Energy Cluster Members in Gliwice listed in the SWZ during the contract period.
