- The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity to the Wrocław Airport in 2023.
In order to perform the contract, the Contractor must have an appropriate contract with the DSO serving the Ordering Party, guaranteeing the performance of the task. Please be advised that the sale of electricity to PLW S.A. heldis valid through the distribution network belonging to the Distribution System Operator: TAURON Dystrybucja S.A.
The Ordering Party will grant the Contractor the powers of attorney / a necessary to carry out the procedure of changing the electricity supplier - if applicable.
