The subject of the contract is the purchase of electricity for the Rzeszow University of Technology and the University of Rzeszow in the stock market in accordance with applicable regulations, in particular the provisions of the Minister of the Climate and the Environment of March 22, 2023. on detailed conditions the functioning of the power system (Journal of Laws of 2023 item 819) to the Energy Employer's collection points will be consumed for the needs of the Employer, which is not an energy company within the meaning of the Act of 17 April 1997 Energy Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024 item 266 as amended d.) In the period from 01.01.2026 to 31/12/2027 in an estimated amount of 12 364 832 kWh
