- 1. The subject of the fall is the purchase of electricity for the Ordering Economy in the period from 01.01.2026 to 31.12.2026 in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997 Energy Law. 1.1. Electricity should be condemned by technical standards in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997 Energy Law (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 266, as amended) and executive ordinances to this Act and Polish standards. 1.2. A detailed description of the subject of the skew is included in the beginning No. 7 to SWZ. Other conditions for the implementation of the fall are specified in the planned provisions contracts (taking up No. 6 to SWZ). 1.3. The Ordering Party will conclude one contracts, resulting from this postponement for the granting of public pollination on the supply of electricity in the period from 01.01.2026 to 31.12.2026.1.4.
